First post of this account's revival!!
I did this piece in January of last year, feeling very inspired by the winter season. I was also heavily inspired by the song A Lost Planet by the French symphonic metal band Opus Doria. I felt like it had a very beautiful, wintry sound to it and I instantly imagined a landscape of beautiful ice and snow glimmering in the moonlight.
It is also a redraw of this Ice Island drawing from 2014, one of the first drawings I did with my tablet.
