Holy freaking crap, am I glad I'm done with this. This is one of those drawings where, once I started, I could not stop, no matter how much it hurt.
This will be my contest entry for
The contest it to make a portrait for a ghost that does not have one yet.
However, I decided to do two ghosts at once(I hope that's ok >_> ). They would be both Madame and Little Leota.
I also made it so it looks like the portrait is actually hanging in the mansion.
...I really went overboard with this one.
Little Leota is Mme. Leota's daughter, and rumored to be the love child of she and Master Gracey. I did not make Leota all pale and such, because according to the Ghost Gallery, she is the child of a kidnapped gypsy and a voodoo priest, so I made her naturally tanned with dark hair. YES, that's her hand in Little Leota's hair.
Also, I'm sorry if Mme. Leota looks a bit similar to my character Harlequin over at ~Twilight-Shore , you can guess where the inspiration for her(Harlequin) came from.
Anyway, I need to go to bed now.
Mme. Leota, Little Leota, and both wallpapers belong to Disney.

Ahah, this is beautiful. <3 I love your interpretation of Leota.. I always imagined her to be a lovely young gypsy woman as well, so the pictures of her as a pale old hag sort of made me cringe. x3

Well, she too--like most Mansion residents--has aged, considering that she too is a spirit (although forever bound to her crystal ball after her magic backfired against her, given the curse that she herself placed upon the Mansion [there was original hauntings in the Mansion too, but those were done by mysterious circumstances]).

Pale Leota just doesn't sit right with me.
I also wanted the portrait of her to be younger, because it just seems like she would've been more willing to do it then.
