how the hell does he manage to drink ( as shown in some episodes) without havin an throat ?

Yes I see him as lich as well and he only eats or drinks simply for the pleasure of it

I see Hordak as a sorcerer but I came up with a way to come up with reconcile that with the classic series. Hordak's soul was ripped out of his body when he was banished to Despondos. So he had his mages construct him a new a body with cybernetic limbs.

hm I had the theory that he will get his body back, if he manages to escape from Despondos. Having is mages construct him a new body is an interesting way of view, and cybernetic limbs seem to be quite common in Eternia... I mean so many people have some....
gah ... I just donΒ΄t know what to do with Hordikins in my comic...maybe he will be weakened ...maybe part of him will be still in Despondos until a certain ritual ...

I did, actually I made goof up last time. I said Hordak had to get a new body because of his soul being ripped out. What actually happened was that in my version of things he was severely wounded in a four way battle between himself, Skeletor, He-Man, and She-Ra and had to retreat to Etheria (in my fic Hordak was originally from Etheria but was banished when he turned evil) where he had his chief scientist, Modulok build him a new body.
