Well, great thing when I played that:
1. James and Ashley got killed by Harbinger
2. I chose the destroy option with the best outcome
3. Tali survived (and assumed she got back on the Normandy while I was kicking T.I.M.'s ass in the Citadel)
4. Shepard SURVIVED
5. I knew synthetics and machines can be rebuilt, which means there's a chance of a possible development of a duplicate or portable Relay
