It's a really good design but maybe you could change the eyes and make them a little more anime looking. He kind of looks like a cartoon character off of Nickelodeon. What about the names Extratess, Nebloid, Aliod?

For the name... Galaxoid? Nebuloid, maybe? The Extraterrestrial Pokemon, probably. And for the second type... Actually, it should just be pure Psychic.
