She's very pretty, and I admire your use of watercolour pencils. The only thing that bothers me is that she doesn't have the trademark cheetah tear markings.

yes they do. it makes blending much easier.

No, water colour pencils are diferant. you colour the pic with the pencils but you can use water to smear the colours together to blend them better and get a smoother look.
