Andrew looked around and finally back to Jerri. “Well Jerri, I was wondering if you knew of any place that’s hiring, see, I need a job here.”
“I thought you worked on a ranch?” Jerri started digging around in his satchel.
“I did, I came here to earn some more money to help support it. You know of any place.”
“I know ooooofffff eleven places!” Jerry flicked out a paper open to the classifieds. “But it’ll cost you two bits.”
Andrew reached for his bag and Jerri laughed, handing him the paper. “I’m just playing you, Andy, first one’s free with me. You can buy the others after you get yourself a job!”
