Alone, we are follow an invisible path to carry us nowhere...
Alone, we finally arrive at both the place we sought... and from where we first began... so many eons ago.

its a great photo, and also its pretty unique on dA..most of the nature shots are of the woods, or the sky, or the ocean, or fields. dont see many deserts, or at least i havent.

Really great photo, lovely lightning, beautiful composition, really well excecuted.
The only thing I dislike is the title, I see nothing death-like in this shot, it actually gives me a feeling of life. Maybe had it been in black and white the title would fit better?

You're right. I was thinking of "Yea as I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, etc." (or something like that) But Valley of Life seems more appropriate and I've changed it.
