Can I ask you maybe which program you use for it?
I saw in your gallery that you use this style for all of your pictures

I mostly use Paint tool Sai for sketching/inking/painting and I use photoshop to change the saturation of the pictures and to add effects. You can change some visual effects in Sai as well, but I just understand how to do it with photoshop a bit more.

Also, use whatever program you are most comfortable with.
