Done for some dude, printing 1 x 1.5mI don't always get commissioned for product painting illustration, but when I do, I tell my self, "Be glad for it, this doesn't come too often".
Kitsch as it might be, it was opportunity to paint something different, try to enjoy it, and who knows, maybe it could look decent after all

heh, I don't know. Its not based on any strict historical source. I just came across something similar while looking for references. Some random flag on random ship was it and it had more details. The white fields looked kinda better than just orange (which had to be there for colour accent )
