Artist's Note
Having arm sleeves plus long, wild hair reminded me of Akame ga Kill's Leone, and thus her design is pretty much drawn based on that.
Edit:
Coloured version is up! Decided to give up on using Layer option "Multiply" as the results are unpredictable. Still using "Luminosity" for the glowy effects.

This is a really drawing. Body proportions look good and doesn't look rigid, well done on that. Love the crease details.
Colouring is simple but nice. Shadows are at the right places.
