Krister Gudilibat hailed from a local town somewhere in Southeastern Luzon, but he happened, not that he was born a half-deer and a half-wolf, rather that he was born with muscles defined all over his body, much to amazement of his friends and bewilderment of his neighbors. Unfortunately, besides his wolf father missing since birth, his deer mother passed away at his age of 12, and so he was transferred into a local orphanage just miles away from his hometown. Unbeknownst to everyone however, that orphanage was a recruitment grounds for a secret criminal orgnanization named Asociación de Pena, Interdicto y Dominio (ASPID) whose operations were executed across the world, let them be theft, espionage, raid or even assassination. ASPID in question was headquartered somewhere in South America, and it had numerous charters across the several regions, including three in the Philippines. Krister would train under supervision of his new boss Jaime Santos, the middle aged duck who would raise the former like his son, since he had already lost his during the disastrous raid onto a cargo ship in the middle of the storm.

Three years later, Krister would eventually learn to become a skilled assassin who favored firearms. He became solely but secretly responsible for killing off successful CEOs of certain companies, causing the Philippine economy to crash, destroying many small and medium enterprises in the process. This also prompted the INTERPOL to intervene and hunt down the source, forcing ASPID to move into its charter in Bangkok, Thailand, at the cost of 3 young recruits. There, young ASPID members were ordered to find more potential recruits, but Krister was given off duty for his efforts back in the Philippines, so he went for a gym to workout. He did cross paths with the yellow reptile and his two buddies occasionally, especially at one time when the latter met with the American bodybuilder-like tourists. Upon hearing what they were talking about, Krister reported the existence of the MALAKAS Project to Jaime, who remembered watching the TV commercial via his cellphone just two months ago. Realizing a better potential in strengthening the ASPID, Jaime encouraged Krister to move into the United States and sign up for the project, saying that Krister could become a greater example for his fellow kids, in which the wolf-deer firmly accepted.

A week later, Krister had arrived in San Francisco and went straight for the nearby military outpost, but then he witnessed another teenager, whose aged matched his, getting denied by the outpost soldiers and leaving in dismay. When Krister approached one flamingo soldier named Daisy Stutterburg and asked about the said situation, Daisy revealed that the minimal age requirement was raised up to 18 due to the group of recruits found forcing their advances onto their few fellow underage recruits. Now realizing that he couldn't fulfill his ASPID order given his current age, Krister lied to Daisy that he was 18 and he would like to join, in which she quickly approved, much to the wolfdeer's surprise, because Daisy happened to have several visits to her brother living with his wife in the Philippines, and hence she believed Krister looked like a young adult despite his actual age. Krister silently decided to get along with it, and was given a week-long stay in a nearby hotel prior to his move to the mountain base, just a mile away from another city of Santo Tomas. At night, Krister communicated with Jaime via his laptop regarding his next location, in which Jaime was shocked to hear that, as no fellow ASPID member was aware of it, let alone the MALAKAS Project itself. Nevertheless, it was according to plan, and Jaime concluded the call with 'Good night son, take care.'

After a given week, Krister would arrive at the mountain base, at the same time with the trio of reptiles (he encountered back in Bangkok). Krister immediately recognized the brown fox Timothy Soro happily greeting the trio, and opted to sneak a way past him, only to bump into the big, yellow cat named Nathan Catsofast, who had just returned few months after his honorable discharge as a Super Soldier. When Krister attempted to lie to Nathan that Timothy had already directed the former to a nearby bunker as his new home, the friendly yet naive cat instead asked Krister if he had an instructor assigned for him, and brought him into Timothy, much to his surprise, not that the wolfdeer's body correlated with his age, but that he came here in a muscular body. So Timothy had Krister take a physical exam, just after the trio of reptiles took the same test. Timothy was then more surprised that, unlike the trio, Krister had genes that could only match the toxins of the alien parasite Todeswurm, much to the wolfdeer's confusion. Scientists quickly came into action and took Krister's sample to their lab to examine, which also confused Krister, but as he and Timothy were left alone, the fox whispered, 'I hate to tell you this, but you seem younger than you look. You're below 18, right?' This widened Krister's eyes in shock. How did Timothy know that? He was actually familiar with ASPID, he was one of the dozen of children born with Todeswurm genes to be conscripted for the criminal organization. To prove his past affiliation, he handed Krister a shotgun, engraved with the ASPID logo onto its handle. As the still shocked wolfdeer raised his eyes up to Timothy, the fox just smiled evilly and promised he would inform his superior regarding his progress. Timothy then assigned Krister to train under Nathan's supervision, since the twin cat decided to become an instructor for a year.

During his time in the mountain base, Krister had already proven his worth as a marksman, especially with his second favorite kind of firearm, shotguns. He also grown to enjoy parkour, despite it not being a requirement for a physical training. However, he also happened to distract Nathan a lot, since he was a naive cat, so that Krister could do whatever and whenever he wanted. One day, Krister was practicing with a pair of his new trusty shotguns in a shooting gallery alone, when the mean Super Soldier Dakota Cranberry the rhino gangster decided to pick on an easy target, since his pride was shattered by his previous victim just a day ago. Krister did not like such inappropriate approach and aimed his shotgun at Dakota, who wasn't fazed but dared him to shoot him. Krister unhesitantly shot him and wasn't impressed that Dakota's skin was much harder than a reagular rhino, albeit a smaller gap. He did manage to bruise Krister's ego even further by shooting at his left foot, but it only infuriated him further. Dakota initated to become a temporary Juggernaut and started to charge at the wolfdeer, but his wounded foot caused him to trip and fall into the lone gunpowder shed, causing a big explosion, but not big enough to cause a serious damage. Dakota turned back to normal, unfazed and intact, but he was confronted by Timothy, not because of his encounter with Krister, but instead because of his enforcer gone wild onto some cat from Singapore. After Dakota left in disappointment and dismay, Timothy personally scolded Krister for going alone, reminding him of the incident mentioned by Daisy Stuttingburg, and ordered him to return to Nathan immediately, in which Krister diligently replied 'Yes sir' and left, much to the brown fox's confusion, as he never received such response, not even in a militaristic manner.

Despite such incidents, Krister moved on until December 25th, where everyone around the mountain base were celebrating Christmas Day. Timothy Soro gathered up his friends in a fastfood restaurant, including Diego Dagdag, EJ Spenser, Wilbur Wallaby, Christopher North, Patih Jantung, Jay Heartwing, Hector "Sonic" Vidal, Dane Fushigi, Peri Longfox, Krister Gudilibat, and EJ Husky. The Christmas party consisted of many enjoyable games, film showings, buffet tables of various foods and drinks, etc. Overall, it lasted two hours until midnight, and then there would be another two hours of more activities past midnight, but some opted to retire and sleep.

After he earned the Juggernaut rank, Kevin was given a week to remain in the mountain base, so he decided to get to know Timothy, a former child member of the ASPID, who agreed to share his past to the former, alone. What Timothy exactly told to Krister was unknown, but it left Krister an impression that Timothy was much a better player in making several disasters on ASPID's orders. In return, Krister helped Timothy improve his firearms skills, because the fox was not a quick shooter despite being good with dual pistols. After one week, Krister returned to Bangkok to see Jaime, who was genuinely shocked to see his adopted son that big and muscular, something that left fellow child soldiers in awe and inspiration. Jaime immediately recovered and informed Krister of the next order to steal the secret weapon discovered in Lianjiang forest, and asked Krister if he was ready to fulfill it, in which the wolfdeer sported a determined smile in response.
