Practice drawing bruises and coloring with colored pencils. Despite my recent (unposted) forays into digital art, I still much prefer drawing and coloring with pencils. Also, bruises are very interesting from an artistic perspective as they contain so many different colors.

I know that the quality of the picture could be better, but I liked this sketch enough to post it. I might finagle with the original image some more and get a higher-quality scan/picture to upload later, but for now I'm satisfied with this.
