It's a bi beatd but this was my tornament entry. If it's too late to enter her then it's fine. But I still wanted to draw it.

When I first set out to draw this pic I had absolutely NO idea how I was going to incorperate the Aqua ring attack since in the game it obscures the whole pokemon. I didn't want to do that to my pretty Belle so I just drew a pose. I wanted something subtle and dramatic at the same time.

I got Sailor Moon Esque. SERIOUSLY. I finished the pose and I was like... This looks Sailor Moon like. I kept expecting RIBBONS to pop up. Then when I tried to incorporate the attack all I could think of was RIBBONS. No matter how much I tried to think of how to make the glowy glowy attack I just couldnt.

Then I had an epiphany (Only because I was too lazy to redraw her in a pose more suitable for the attack... >3>''') I'll make the attack all ribbony!!!!! I was so angry at myself for not thinking of it earlier. This is the obscene love child of the Aqua Ring attack and a Sailor Moon transformation and that is the reason this is late. *gasps for air from long explanation*
