Ah, es bastante fácil 
Yo uso GIMP, no sé que programa usaras tu pero supongo que debes tener el pincel llamado ''Brush'', bueno lo que debes hacer es esto:
Elegir ese pincel, ponerle rojo o rosa (Depende el color de sonrojo que quieras) y bajarle la presión al pincel e ir 'dandole' de a poco.
Si no entendiste algo, preguntamelo xD
