It's Espeon, the Psychic Eeveelution, and probably one of my favorites.
Just playing around with Photoshop effects, trying to see what I've retained from classes and tutorials! So far I've seemed to be able to remember how to do quite a bit!

Very awesome! Just a few critiques! The neck seems a bit odd, it looks more like the head is just attached to the shoulders, rather than chin is covering the neck or what have you. ...Well, wait, that's the only one.
Otherwise, the colouring and shading are amazing, as per usual, the details on the eyes, ears, and fur are great, anatomy is awesome. Amazing work, my dear~ <333333333333
