My take on Lugia using Aeroblast! :'DThis one was a little experimental. I wanted to try painting without having a sketch first, just blocking out the shapes straight away with colors, and.. It went bad. xD I'm sure the anatomy is pretty off, but ah well, it was good lighting and color practice.

Love the light and water effects! Nice usage of colours. And I like how you try to show movement via blur
The wings appear a little stiff, also a bit short maybe, but it's a rather difficult perspective here. You did really well!
