Note: Ah finally, digitally remastered and much better..
changes....
wider nose, and brow, new arm drawn and skin revisions.. a bit more of an elongated body.. before he was too bulky.. now he's just massive and mean looking.. oh yeah!

Do you guys know how hard it was to do the DC comics LOGO.. Geez!!! I had to draw and redraw and fade and smooth and etc..etc...
But I'm glad I took all the weekend to work on it..

Ah,Darkseid,one of my favourite DC villains.Batman shooting him dead in final crisis was epic,regardless of how shit final crisis was.

yeah, they should have at least left the whole crisis thing alone.. and to continue on was like beating a dead horse.. who ever made that choice at DC really killed off their revival..

My main problem was countdown.It was poorly written and couldn't keep up with its own continuity.They also had to beat the shit out of a dead horse by making Captain Atom Monarch considering they fucked it up before.

very true.. they were rushing on the stuff they didn't need to rush on, and yet the things they rushed, turned out brilliant.. I loved 52!
on a side note, that whole civil war storyline with Marvel sucked ass, it was about as dull and boring as the new secret war storyline..
give me classic secret wars any day!

I actually liked Civil War.It was excellent compared to secret invasion.And Civil war acctually did manage to accomplish killing off a major character.Caps death was great because he died the death of a man,and died trying to save a person.
Batmans death was just garbage.R.I.P required the readers to understand WAY too much backstory.And it didn't even kill Batman.Darkseid 'killed' Batman or trapped him in another dimension or some shit like that.

ever since Joined Marvel Comics, I turned a blind eye..
and the whole Telling of Wolverine's past?? WTF?? I preferred not to know, that was the whole mystery behind him..
who was he in another life? How old is he really? Is he related to Sabertooth?
Sometimes a reader would prefer to be left to wonder,and discover hints and clues over time... and that is now gone..

and that whole Bone claws thing?? that was stupid.. seriously.. stupid..with bones so thin they look like claws, they would break in a heartbeat..
Nah, marvel has some good here and there, but I still prefer the classic era..as apposed to the junk they spew out today.. it is always some political agenda driven, commentary on life, race, religion, and class..etc..
what happened to the fun in comics, stories driven for the imagination,and not for one's own personal agenda??
that is just not the Marvel I remember.. nor fell in love with.

Tell me about.The last Marvel work I really liked was World War Hulk and Annihalation,they were epic and great action.Annihialation did a great job of bringing obscure characters like Nova and Annihilus to the centre of the Marvel universe (Also that great scene with Nova ripping out Annihilus' intestines).
Quite frankly I don't bother with the backstory of any X-man.All of them are just tangled messes (Especially Scott and Jean)
Ah well,atleast Deadpool will always be fun.
And don'y get me started on the pro-registration thing.Why did all the heroes have to take the blame for the New Warriors actions? What the hell would the government have done about Super villains if they forced the heroes to retire? Why is it the heroes fault if a known violent super-villain (Whose powers were never shown to be at that level) if a town is destroyed?
And One more day? That shit is unbelievable.Peter choses his elderly aunt over his actress wife? Even though Aunt May said she was happy to die.Worst retcon ver.

Very good coloring. I like how you captured the sort of 'cracked stone' texture of his skin, if you know what I mean.
Darkseid's by far my favorite villain ever. He's so amazing, it's not even funny. 
I especially liked him in the animated series, when he was voiced by Mike Ironside. It was the perfect voice for him.

I will be doing marvel cards too, but I wanted to get my DC comics fix first.. which will be awhile..

thanks man, LOL but I took allot of time from my everyday life to get this off the ground running.. so sacrifices have been made.. not always good.. but I'm glad it's appreciated.. but I have more coming soon.. character Data Files, Posters being finished up, and on top of that I also have the MOC work coming out and a Star Superion Origin Comic in the works..
