I drew this on the back of my friends birthday card for her so i hope she'll like it
I promise, i tried my best to make him beautiful - if he's ugly, i'm sorry Dx
It's Jace from City of Bones. I LOVEEEED the book UNTIL THE ENDING. Now i hate it.
well.... at least not how it ended........

when i scanned it, you could see the marker on the other side from the card so i had to edit it so itd be really bright and with a high contrast. it had shading on it that i liked D':

and they changed during the manga too, which was one of the reasons why i stopped XD

Twilight was bad, yes, but Vampire Academy is more 'mature' and the story is more 'substansial' in a way. The main character, Rose is in no way clumsy and delicate, she is bad-arse. There is no sparkly vampire drooling all over her either (because she'd bash him

My style changed A LOT during when I drew my last too! It was really strange, every single day seemed to be different, but my style seems to be pretty consistently so far. ahaha, maybe everyone at first is like that? I sure hope so!!
The reasons why I stopped, is because I wasn't very good at drawing guys and my proportions always seemed a bit 'off'. I'd also try to draw from different perspectives, but it wasn't very successful

you'll love the series, stick to it. There are many many twists in all three books. But i'm pretty sure you'll LOVE the third book's ending! I was shocked about the first book, but its definitely worth sticking it out!
