Arcane rocks, transported onto our planet via meteorites and asteroids that have impacted E1 throughout the past decades, these "rocks" have been dubbed the Jüdikae. Research has shown that these Jüdikae are capable of adapting to their environments at a relatively fast pace, some gaining elemental abilities from where they crash landed, molding a physical body out of said elements. Prior to attacks on our civilizations, there had been several reports of strange happenings, such as farmers discovering that their livestock had been eviscerated, or populations of wild animals suddenly becoming deceased within the duration of a night, and even some unexplained fires taking place.

This went on for some time before reports came in, describing these creature as large, elemental beasts, thirsty for bloodshed, once word got around the Government and Tdo.Inc had worked together to further investigate and study these creatures, as to come up with a solution to put a stop to this invasive species. Since at the time, we were not well educated on what exactly we were dealing with we had sent Tdo.SFU squadrons out to capture at least one of these creatures for further examination. The specimen we had captured had a body mostly comprised of dirt and vegetation— with the exception of its arcane "rock" base. Having a live specimen to study and run experiments on made understanding these creatures earlier, and through these experiments is how we discovered their element adaption capabilities.

Depending on where the Arcanum Mortis landed or grew will determine the elemental form the Jüdikae assumes. For example: In harsh, cold environments with ice and snow will spawn a "Permafrost Jüdikae", lush forests / jungles carry "Nature Jüdikae", hot, volcanic areas have the potential to create a variety of fire elemental Jüdikae and so on. From observations we have concluded that the Arcanum Mortis material will take in and absorb thee elemental energy within its surrounding, using its arcane abilities to construct a body from these elements. Said body in appearance often resembles a large, bipedal reptilian, donning a set of sharp claws, a snout, tail, and other features depending on its element.

During this time we had also discovered how these creatures sparked in numbers, a part from being transported via space rocks. The Jüdikae have a way of being able to convert minerals found on earth into the arcane rock that has given birth to them, this material we have dubbed "Arcanum Mortis." The Jüdikae convert these minerals into Arcanum Mortis by injecting a series of chemicals and genetic material into said minerals, often by secreting their saliva through cracks; from here the mineral goes through a series of changes, eventually leading it to convert into Arcanum Mortis.

The last ability of note is the hardest to explain, as even through studying and several tests it still remains mostly unknown to us as to how they pull it off, this ability being the ability to create and hide behind human disguises. This ability makes the Jüdikae especially difficult to spot right away, as not only with humans they seem capable of copying and utilizing the genetic code of any species they have consumed, allowing them to create a suitable disguise for hunting to lure prey in. The Jüdikae have proven to be quite intelligent, possibly more intelligent than mankind, seeing how difficult it is to successfully locate and capture one of these things. As of right now it is unclear whether or not these Jüdikae operate under a hive mind, or some other kind of higher being within their populations, but it has been proven that these creatures often travel and hunt in packs, typically having one or two "alphas."

To help combat the Jüdikae, a new organization has sprung to life. The organization known as Project OTA (Operation. Takedown. Arcanum.) strives to create weapons and armor made to specialize in fighting the various elemental Jüdikae out there, putting soldiers who wield these weapons into a series of hardcore training. Ever since the ride of Project OTA, the Jüdikae problem has been kept moderately low, with cases coming up every now and again. We still study the Jüdikae, trying to understand these creatures further, as well as their origin. A hypothesis has been formed that these creature originated from a planet within the same solar system as ours, a planet that recently met its demise, being blown to bits due to a collision with another nearby planet. Some meteorites that have entered our atmosphere and landed on our planet that contained Arcanum Mortis bare a striking resemblance to minerals of said planet, thus making it possible for the remnants of the planet traveling through space and towards our own, carrying the Arcanum Mortis with it.
