This is Steeljaw Jack from Eon Kid, he is the robot created by Doctor Chen who currently sits atop the universe's most wanted list as a hired mercenary, and a cadet turned leader of the Black Faith under the mentorship of Professor Talis during the war between Archonians, Black Faith, Lords of Polis and Alteans.

About his race and his backstory

Black Faith is a secretive group made up of pirates and mercenaries. By controlling the trade routes in the galaxy, they had great amounts of power over each of the individual planets and races that they serviced. Archonia, being at the center of most of the trade routes that they controlled, was the most important port in the galaxy. Billions of Archonian credits passed through Archonia each day. Lords of Polis - dictatoric rulers of Archonia watched and grimaced as tremendous amounts of money flowed through their planet. They watched and they schemed. Driven by a never-ending desire for money and power, they decided to take over the trade routes by destroying the Black Faith. The first attack happened on a small moon of Archonia. A Black Faith base was hit by a magnetic missile that destabilized their shield and disrupted the artificial gravity, causing the moon base to be torn into a million pieces by gravits's power. The Lords of Polis claimed no responsibility for the act. In fact they gave their condolences. However, once security satellite photos became public it was clear that Lords of Polis were attackers. Before the case could be taken to the high tribunal, the Lords of Polis had declared its takeover of the trade and commerce in the galaxy, and they immediately launched attacks on more of the Black Faith's bases killing of large numbers of the Black Faith's men and most of their major bases. The tenative alliance that had been formed between the Black Faith and the Archonians became a complete union called "Dark Archon Alliance". The Black Faith, who were not united, found leadership in the Archonians, The Archonians received advanced weapons and space crafts from the Black Faith. The secret union of Black Faith and Archonians caught the Lords of Polis by suprise. First act of this alliance was destruction of the main military base of Lords of Polis on the planet and the largest city. The military base had been seen as the major stronghold of the Lords of Polis. It was a 50 square mile fortress that housed the majority of the weapons and spacecraft of the Lords of Polis army. As the fortress exploded, the combined detonation of all the weapons caused the improbable. Archonia was broken. It turned into the main planet adrift with thousand of splinters...all floating adrift through the universe as the explosion had also knocked Archonia out of its orbit. As the planet floated through the galaxy, the war continued. The Dark Archon alliance eventually prevailed over the Lords overthrowing their tyrannous rule. After the Lords of Polis were removed from power, Archonians moved to destroy the only possible threat that remained... Black Faith. The spy network of the Black Faith kept them abreast of the Archonians intentions and because of that, Archonians failed to do more than minor damage to the Black Faith. While Archonians failed to destroy Black Faith, the war itself destroyed most of what was left of Archonia. Soon the Alteans were involved and since they were weak and outnumbered, Alteans joined Black Faith and they received advanced weaponry and spacecraft that other generations had. Leader of the Black Faith in the next war between Archonians, Black Faith, Lords of Polis and Alteans was Professor Tallis, who recruited Steeljaw Jack, the most wanted mercenary, bounty hunter and assassin and trained him to be his heir. Professor Tallis has declared that Black Faith will win the war by staying away from it as much as possible and to let Archonians and Lords of Polis destroy each other. Besides Steeljaw Jack, Professor Tallis recruited Alvin the Treacherous, Joseph Korso, Rattlesnake Jake, Zabuza Momochi, Boba Fett, Rorschach, Torbin Zixx and Quasimodo to be his personnel. His plan was successful, and Steeljaw Jack inherited Professor Tallis as a new leader of the Black Faith. Black Faith became the strongest nation, others played all into their hands. Archonians and Lords of Polis destroyed each other, while Alteans were used like pawns, then nearly destroyed when no longer useful. Black Faith could have ruled the galaxy, but they refused to be new mortal rulers of the Milky Way, because the dictatoric reign on others was not their way. Instead, Black Faith established trade all around the galaxy, like they had once. Started to thrive by taking advantage of the other races, a lot of money can be made from war, and the Black Faith was ready to take it whenever they had chance. Meanwhile, Steeljaw Jack and his teammate Quasimodo were hired by Masters of Destruction (who threatened to destroy the moon with their gigantic laser cannon so that they exterminate love, but they were unable to do so because the moonshine was a shield to them, and the only solution was to make Noel unhappy, due to her happiness's connection with Moon) to go to planet Enchancia to seduce an Melodian named Noel to fall in love with them (However, Noel only falls in love with Steeljaw Jack), only to trick her by taking her tear from her. When they succeeded in that plan, Steeljaw Jack sent his invisible probe to take tear, with which he returned, but Quasimodo stayed on planet Enchancia, because he fell in love with Noel. When Masters of Destruction learned of that, they took away Quasimodo's ability and license of Black Faith's mercenary. Masters of Destruction thought their plan will be complete and Steeljaw Jack thought that he will claim his bounty, but Masters of Destruction's plan was foiled when Quasimodo made Noel happy again and fall in love with him with help of Sofia the First and Slango the Malutian, which costed Steeljaw Jack's bounty and Masters of Destruction's plan of exterminating love. Eversince then, Steeljaw jack started to live on his own, silencing his enemies, sharpening his skills, hoping to one day take revenge on Masters of Destruction who robbed him of his bounty hunter's license.

Traits and Personalities: Steeljaw Jack is a hostile-mooded, and yet polite bounty hunter and a crime lord who refuses to collaborate if being rude toward him. He is a manipulative, clever, deceitful and untrustworthy killer who is always on the move. However, despite being villainous, Steeljaw Jack does have some standards in villainy, as he is completely against enslaving others and enforcing his will upon them, because that is not the way of his faction known as Black Faith. Instead of rulling others with iron first, Steeljaw Jack prefer to establish trade upon those he conquers, allowing them to live normally through trades while thriving in taking advantage from them.
Strengths: Steeljaw Jack is known for his cleverness and agility with sadistic sense of humour, he is very good in fooling his targets and manipulating them. Steeljaw Jack is never afraid to never afraid to fight dirty to gain advantage. Steeljaw Jack treats his true companions who show true loyalty to him as his brothers and never mistreates them no matter what.
Weaknesses: Steeljaw Jack lacks self-control and will go nuts when humiliated, which can always get the best of him. Steeljaw Jack also often underestimates his opponents when they return to rematch against him.
