I've never seen a Gryphon with leathery Bat-like wings before. ...interesting.
Most Gryphons are some sort of Bird/Mammal mix, and so the wings are presumably feathered. I'd say that this was a Bird/Bat gryphon then, but the tail says otherwise.
An unconventional interpretation, for sure. Way to think outside the box.
