Jojo make a balloon and wants to fly it Ned thinks that it could be dangerous and tries to stop him but he ends up going along for the ride.This was inspired by the balloon is saw in Dr. Seuss's book "Oh, the Places You'll Go! "

Not only are you combining the two best Suess stories ever, but (and maby I'm looking into this a bit much) there's a philosiphal sense. JoJo is trying to 'go the places he'll go', and the Mayor is like "get the heck back here!!!"
