There's something of Tryllcian in him, I think - maybe it's the gray skin/red eyes combination, together with the bone structure and sour expression, or maybe I'm just nuts

Nah, I think your observation is valid. Even if I wasn't thinking of Tryllcian when I made Damar, I still love that (dark-skinned, grim-faced, red-eyed) look!

People on the Beta signed a NDA so ... I'm not sure fanart of characters are allowed. (Yet, they do ask for fanart contributions to the ESO newsletter. SO confused!)

so damar was a dunmer, i wonder why i confused him with an orc... maybe it was the orcish companion.
