Description
These sampans were photographed in Vietnam. A sampan is a flat bottomed wooden boat, originally from China. The word itself is cantonese and means "three planks".Nikon D300, Nikon 17-55mm, B + W UV filter.

Superb image. The sampans, the pole on the right, the flat calm water, the thin horizon and the color. That gorgeous muted color. This is simply exquisite.
