It was such a lovely morning.Β Just mist everywhere, and no one was around.Β I love that area.Β Most of my photos are from there as it's a protected wetland.Β So many birds, and other fauna and flora.Β Thank ya.Β

You're not merely a student, and you have major talent.Β I totally agree that there are so many artists here that might have a similar image,and it's also about how each is unique.Β Yours just pops more to me, and I know you can do amazing things...I've seen them from your art.Β Each of us has a different take on an old twist, but there are some that stand out more.Β I am impressed by the 13-16 year olds, and older ones who take the chance to see where they might go with their art.Β That's why I watch so many people.Β I don't care if they add me or llama me or fave something...I get to see what they create, and that is what is important to me.Β

I greatly appreciate your kind words. I agree that it is great to watch someone grow into their art form, I've seen allot of that just in the relatively short time I've been a part of DA. At first (and often still do at times) I felt it was silly to go to school and try to start a new career in my 40's, especially in a field like photography where someone can spend a lifetime and never really reach their goals. But it's at least in my blood now if not my very soul. Your photos inspire me because each one has a message, not just something to look at and say, oh pretty, but something deeper.
