...I'm not sure what happened. It started out as a speedpaint, but it somehow got half way to fully rendered so now it's just this weird.. too messy to be a full illustration, too weirdly smooth to be a speedpaint monstrosity. And the hands suck.

Suffice to say, I'm not happy with how this turned out, but I've been wrestling with it for awhile to try and get it to behave, and it just won't have it. So I figured I'd go ahead and post.

Character is the amazing Erier of MG, who rocks my socks.

I went ahead and did her pre-pregnancy, because I was primarily going to do this as a muscle structure speed paint study.

Working from this description (took out the parts about the previous pic since you can't exactly see it, haha):

She is wide, bulky, and very muscular. I imagine her being heavy enough for her to be able to physically contend with the men of her race. She's hulked out enough to be considered unattractive from the norm of feminine beauty. Ever had one of your friends make a jab at a female body builder you guys saw in a pic? Like that, except, worse since she is an orc and they tend to be larger.

Details include: A nose ring, a few patches of burn scars along the limbs, pre-mature aging in the face, and two necklaces. Shamanistic beads and her clan's mini-totem necklace. As you've found out tonight, in case you didn't know, her right hand is a mechanical prosthetic. However, it looks like just a regular gauntlet on the outside so no special drawings are needed for it. Because of that, though, she is always wearing gauntlets.
