The leaf-like feathers and shinny scales add an interesting touch to the traditional Fluttercord next gen.Β
As for a name, given the mask-like appearance the scales and feathers of their face gives off, I think Colombina would be a nice choice.Β It's a type of half mask that is often adorned with a combination of feathers, jewels and diamond patterns.
