Funfact: corpses can indeed ejaculate. So in theory, it is possible for someone to be impregnated by a corpse. (though only fresh)

Since Lewis is a ghost he left his body rotting or buried somewhere in the cave. And we don't know what exactly happen to his body after words. Sounds gross once you think about it but yeah.
