I watched Fate/Zero and finished watching on Friday after procrastinating on doing so. And I loved it. It was way better than Fate/Stay Night in my opinion.So I drew Saber, since she's been my favourite character in the series since I started reading the manga's 4 years ago.
I kind of miss working on a piece for hours on end. Like for a week culminating over 30 hours on it. I should try and do another piece like that...but this took me about 15 from start to finish. Which is sad since its one of the largest canvases I have ever worked on.
The part of this I liked most was the face. I thought it really looked smooth. And this was also the first time I ever did a hard outline on the outside of the lineart. I think that helped a lot with taking less time since I wasn't trying to close all of the lineart to do the layer mask.

Lol it's okay. I know it's not that good compared to the rest of my gallery. I kind of rushed it. I'm just happy to see atleast some people like it ^_^

Probably in Zero, he was my second favourite. I loved him!! When he die I got teary. I was like NOOO Lancer!!! WHY!

Ummmm it was the episode right after Saber and Lancer fought. I didn't get very far on it.
I never finish anime that I think is superb, but is going to finish soon. Like with Bleach, I stopped watching at 355, because 366 is the end, and with Naruto Shipuuden too. >_______<

What, seriously? You should start watching it more! The beginnings are cheesy, and it might get hard to used to, but when you do, you are AMAZED. Naruto in my opinion is OK, but then you watch Naruto Shipuuden and you fall in love with Naruto. Literally. ^-^ And also for Ichigo. Have you watched FMA?

I like short ones usually. Like, yeah it ends sooner, but things are dragged out for a long period of time and theres not as much filler or fanservice. And a lot of un known animes are really good, like the hidden gems you can find if you go searching for them :3
The longest anime I watched was Hitman Reborn and I only really liked the first two arcs of it.

Ahh...I think I see your point. Yeah, there are some really good, short ones out there, like Fate Zero, and Maid-sama. But animes like Horizon In the Middle of Nowhere (where, if you don't know what it is, it's about war between two lands), it's kinda rushed, and you get confused after a while. It has a good plot, it just doesn't really slow it down.

Was Horizion In The Middle of Nowhere 12 episodes? 12 Episode long ones are generally rushed, like Angel Beats and Yumekui Merry. I was surprised though the Black Rock Shooter wasn't rushed that much and it was only 8 episodes lol.
But theres an anime called Chrome Shelled Regios and it was actually really good, along with Kurokami.

Kurokami was kind of like Fate/Zero ish. I forget what they called their compainions but it was kind of like that. Well its kind of a hard thing to explain.

Oh, I understand. I'll check those out. In return, you should try Bleach, FMA, and Naruto again. 3 years ago I tried Harry Potter and it was super boring for me, so I quit. A year later, I wondered why anyone could read it, and become a super Harry Potter fan, so I tried reading again and I don't regret the decision. ^-^

Hmm, I'll admit that it isn't one of your best pieces, but still very enjoyable nonetheless. Sabre is the best character of the fate series, and I liked her better in fate/zero as well. Fate/zero had a sad ending

I know ;_; it's not. Its terrible. And I've been complaining about it all day that it's really bad D'x all the digital stuff I've been doing it turning out terrible ;_;
It was a sad ending. The last bunch of episodes were really sad. I felt like watching Fate/Stay Night again, but it was really bad compared to Zero.

I think that the relationships between sabre and the main character in stay night kinda ruined it a bit, and plus, the fights didnt seem nearly as epic. zero was all fights and no lovey-dovey relationships in the way. The art style was as beautiful as always though

Yeah :S It did. It seemed more like a school life kind of anime instead of an action type. Although Unlimited Blade Works was good. Since they skipped a lot of things with Shiro and Saber. Plus the animation was better and the fight scenes at the end we're epic.

yea, unlimited blade works was a bit better, but still not nearly as good as zero since it was basically the same story, just altered a bit.
I kinda hope they do one more series of some sort if they can do it without ruining it.

Zero was actually really good. I was kind of hesitant about watching it since all of the new animes I've watched haven't really been that good. I liked how it didn't just focus on Saber and her master, but each of the masters, although some a bit more than others.
That'd be nice. Maybe they'd make another series of Sakura's route from the Visual Novel?

Yea, it almost seemed as if there was no definite main character. When there's a main character its like "well, we all know who's going to win in the end" and it kinda ruins it a bit. plus, we got more info on the other servants. I was rly surprised at berserker being lancelot. Too bad he didnt have more show-time. I often wondered where he was.

Yeah it did. You obviously knew Shiro was going to win. I was confused though watching Zero when Tokiomi was Gilgamesh's master. I was like 'wait Kirei won the last on didn't he?' . And yeah berserker being Lancelot was surprising. I was kind of expecting them to not even tell us who berserker was since him and Kariya didn't get that much emphasis put on them throughout the series.
I kind of thing that if they did make another series it would ruin it though. Since a sequel to fate/stay night wouldn't work because they destroyed the grail? And a prequel to Zero might be interesting...but I dunno...

Fate/Zero is great! x3 I was watching it with my bro a few days ago. Haven't checked out Fate/Stay Night...but meh I'll look into it anyway.

Fate/Stay Night is the 5th Grail war which involves some of the decendents from the previous group. It's kind of interesting, but It's nothing compared to it's prequel lol. I've been told the Visual Novel for Fate/Stay Night was waaay better than the anime, and the game was too.
