Sample page of an original comic I want to get started pretty soon. I finished designing the main characters, so I decided to give myself an idea of what the comic will look like. Specifically, the background. I have pretty much zero experience drawing detailed backgrounds, and while I expect to get better over time, for now I would like a style that is simple and quick but still looks kinda okay? So yeah, not quite there yet but close.As a side, please don't ask me about the ML comic. It's still on hiatus and I have no interest in working on it. Blame the show's wonky schedule and reposters.

Oh my gosh this is already so whimsical yet heartfelt, I can tell. (At least I hope that assessment was somewhat right...) I definitely would love to see more of this, is this something you'd want to put on Patreon?

If it got popular enough, yeah. I would definitely want this to be an incentive on patreon. "Whimsical" might not be the best way to describe it, since the story actually has a science fiction element that's weirdly in the background. I'm hoping to capture a kind of story that's never been done from an animal's point of view.
