Oh cool
Every time I eat bread I feel unwell, even certified gluten-free, dunno what's up with that...
I'm thinking I'll test myself out with something fermented, maybe that'll help me digest it better...

I just found out I had Celiac. No more macaroni... ;-;

I know, YEARS LATER! But have you heard of tinkyada brand pasta? It's brown rice pasta and it's VERY good! I just get it at my local grocery store in the GF section. I have celiac too. Anyway, I hope you're doing well!

I don't have much of it anymore, although I still try to avoid wheat. I never really liked the way wheat sits in my gut, anyway... ^^

Forgive me, but may I ask how you don't have much of it anymore? As Celiac is an auto-immune disease and can't, at this point, be cured.

Aw, it's ok! There are plenty of alternatives around now days 
I'm celiac & vegan, I mostly eat fresh fruit, also vegetable & some nuts & seeds, I've cut way way back on all grains

All the recipes are vegan & gluten-free (but I always recommend reading ingredient lists to make 100% sure)
