The thing I love about this sort of art is that it is open to so many kinds of interruption depending on the individual viewing it.
For me, this piece has a dreamlike quality, a surrealism to it. It could very well be a dreamscape, where anything is possible - a shifting landscape of desires, dreams, disappointments and secrets.
A wonderful piece. Very thought provoking!

\To me the subject matter is pretty clear... a mummy daddy and baby bubble alien have just conquered a planet, and are looking around to see what they reakon, the daddy looks pissed off.

i like the barren landscape and what you did with the circles, but i think you should try taking these sort of pictures a bit further; maybe try something new with it. was this for studio?

This was actually like a brainstorming amalgam that I did in 2nd semester. Currently, I'm working on this multi-media fusion of the adjectives "fried" and "neat". Studio this time round seems to have a bit more structure, since we're now being directed to do things like Photo, collage, video and sculpture for a single project.

I think that I used gouache and acrylic for the background, ink for the black lines/blotches and white pencil for the white places.
