to clarify:
the hollow was killed by Bankai Ichigo (his attacks are red/black)
Danny creates that scythe from his ectoplasmic energy= new ability to create weapons from ectoplasm (also explains the ghost stingers/whips from a few pages ago)
Keep in mind the series crossover is LIMITED to SERIES INVOLVING SPIRITS/ECTOPLASM.
So no Naruto. sorry.
