I'm not an "proud ipod owner". I'm an ipod owner, and i do love my ipod. I didnt bought it due to it's popularity, i bought it because of good specs and a good price (YES I SAID IT.)The thing is, who the fuck has the energy to whine about all this shit? Creative, Apple, iRiver who the fuck cares?
Lets discuss the music instead. My favourite band is Sopor Aeternus.

I have an ipod nano, and all the time people scorn me for using it and skullcandy headphones, but I usually respond my flipping them off, because it's not popularity, it's the MUSIC. Honestly, I didn't use my ipod touch for anything else but music. XD

I'm an ex-iPod owner..... an iPod Touch to be exact, and I HATED the goddamn thing! I much prefer the Sony Walkman MP3 series, partly because I can usually get a better deal on them, and partly because they give much better sound. Most people (and magazines/websites) seem to be like "Oh, it's an iProduct, it's perfection!"
Glad someone else understands that it is about the music, not the player.

Agreed. For the longest time I just had a $10 mp3 player from Walmart, and I was happy with being able to listen to music on the bus. I was only 11 at the time, but the Ipod sounds a lot better than whtat I had. It's really all about sound quality. I don't even have any apps on my ipod, my space is taken up by my massive amount of songs.

lol i agree with this one, on mp3 player of choice, i put i dont care as long as i get to listen to my music. i have a very simple mp3 player, it has pictures, music, video, no radio, no apps, but i dont care, because all i needed, was something to play my music

I can't believe people actually argue about music players. what's the big deal? I have an mp3 player and my best friend has an ipod. I've listened to the same song on both and it sounds the same! so it's not like one produces music better than the other!(technically good mysic reprodution lies in the headphones)
what matters is waht music is in the music player, not the player iself

I have one of the oldest ipods u will ever see. When I have it with me some people question me whether it is really an ipod! But it has a bunch of my fave music so I would not trade it for the newest ipod out there! As long as it has cool songs I donβt care how old it is! ^^
