Description
I've been sitting on this design for a few months now. As a child, I was sort of traumatised by the idea of Frosty the Snowman melting, so that idea led to a snowman Pokémon that would partially melt and change to part Water-type. I didn't really want a “snowman” looking snowman so I decided to make him a penguin, and hopefully he doesn't look too much like Delibird or Prinplup. I also feel like his face could be improved upon but I'm happy with him for now. Like Darmanitan, this guy changes Form when it has less than half HP. The name “Chill'd” comes from “chill” (obviously), but it's also a mutation of the word “child”, because this Pokémon is roughly the height of a human child, and because Frosty made friends with children more than adults.
