awaisagha's upload has already been linked and featured by various websites and blogs that assume he is the creator. and he hasn't corrected anyone at all, just taken credit as if he was the artist. therefore, Not Good.
no one would be flooding awaisagha's upload with comments if the devart admins have followed up and removed the violation. as it is, the violation is still active on the site and people can continually mistake the creator of that image unless there are comments saying otherwise posted.

Well on the Original picture he wrote that you are the original author of the image, itΒ΄s still fucking awful because some people may think itΒ΄s his work...
The other one is just a modification of your image, which is allowed though, IΒ΄d just tell him that he should stop doing that and wait till the admins see your message.

quite a few users have already reported the violation by the devart admins have yet to do anything about this issue. i assume that st-valentin's "spamming" his comments to draw awareness to the situation and have more users report to the admins. in which case, i say he can spam all he wants -- especially since it's been several weeks and no admin's done anything yet. people have already mistaken awaisagha as the artist of the image and awaisagha hasn't told anyone otherwise. that's just insulting.
