Description
My version of Sephiroth, one winged angel from Final Fantasy 7, which I reckon was the BEST final fantasy game EVER!! I had a major gaming nostalgia moment a while back, and had to do this painting. He is truly a beautiful monster, and I still remember the feeling of my heart beating and sweaty hands on my PS controller when I played FF7..Art Prints, iPhone/iPod cover, iPad/laptop skin available in my Society6 Store here [link]

Really...it's rare to find works of fan art like this on deviantArt. All I see the standard anime depictions of him. It's truly hard to find semi-realistic or close to realism images of Sephiroth.

Yes, I felt exactly the same way..
I love anime style art of Sephiroth, but realistic is what I do, and I really tried to make him as real as possible here. I had this image of him in my head for ages, and it's good to get it off my chest now that I've finally done it..
