Nice shot!! May I ask how you got so close to the fox to take the picture? Or at least what camera did you use for the zoom?

Sorry for the delay! This picture was taken just off of main street in a mountain town where the foxes had become very accustomed to being watched and fed. As such, they were much more familiar with humans and were willing to come quite close as a result (One came within 5 feet of me and sat staring at me). For this picture, I used my Canon 5D Mark II with the Canon 100-400 mm IS lens. I was probably only about 15 feet away at the time. I don't know if you can tell, but if you look closely at the eyes, you can see me crouching there taking the picture!

Ahah nice! I may not know much about photography, but I know it takes a lot to find beauty in the smallest things. You've shown the beauty in that fox. That's quite amazing as well that you were able to take that beautiful picture just from 15 feet away. I love the pictures you take, keep up the good work! ^^
