McCrane and Seia from Brave Police J-DeckerI have never drawn McCrane... and his head is HARD to draw TnT but I hope to do more art of this pairing! I-LOVE-THIS-PAIRING!
yeah I know this is an old cartoon, but its late in coming to me... so there! I don't care! Giant Kickass Robots? Romance with humans? I am there! ^^

I have been drawing robots for a while... its the first time I drew him though... and oh... she loves him and he loves her though he won't really say it XD and yeah... he is a beast in size... all of them are! 20* feet tall? Mmhmm... XD thank you for the kind words!

A canon character that I surprisingly love! You know that I'm not generally a BIG fan of MechaXHuman, but this is the 2nd one that I truly in love with after that pairing that you supposed to know by now LOL.
I don't think I really need to mention where Seia's hand is, it's obvious...but I just HAVE to. It looks so gentle, so tender, touching McCrane like that...and not to mention how her face looks! She really enjoys doing the touching, isn't she

So, this is an actual story line and they really are a couple? Is it as good as this pic, cause if it is, I might just check it out.

yeah this is a story/cartoon from the mid 90's called Brave Police J-Decker. and Yes, even more unusual for me, this is actually a cannon couple. They never really do more than share subtle hints that they loved each other, but you can tell they do, and they aren't the only human/mech couple in the show, there is another one too. Some disagree and say there are 3 human/mech couples, but I do not like Duke with Regina because she treated him like shit! and not only that, she is an immature twit. And I think Duke views her more like a mother figure than a lover. You may like it, if you can get passed the fact that it is all in Japanese there is English subtitles tho.

yeah I hear ya. at least on the workign two jobs and school part! I can't even imagine having kids in that equation... and I love Human/Mech too... so this was an instant for me!

Great picture. I love this pairing, theyβre the reason I originally kept watching the series back when only the first episode had English subtitles. I saw a music video that included the scene where she kisses him and decided I didnβt care if I couldnβt understand what was being said I had to watch it. I canβt wait to see more art of them!

I am lucky I guess. I have seen all of them for the first time within the last couple weeks and I have to say that I find myself loving every potential pairing in that cartoon. Every one of the characters appeal to me in one way or another and it just tickles me pink when I see Seia and McCrane together. I also love the entire thing between Dumpson and Ayako. (still wonders why episode 23 was made with Portuguese subtitles O.o ) but I don't care that its in japanese, I watched the cartoons first, then when I watched them again, I read the subtitles. Its a well done cartoon where the characters are easily relatable.

Something about how her tie is off around her neck is really nice. And the robot has a curiously handsome face, you did a really good job of showing the human element.

I like this a lot. Unfortunatly the printer didn't quite capture the really awesome colors. Looks good though.

I read "Desire", and two things popped in my puny brain in a very quick sequence:
- 1st thing: Inti (the spirit that feeds with greed and such, which ended up possessing even McCrane -twice- and Seia -once-);
- 2nd thing: [link] (it has nothing to do with BP, but ihis song is always from a "Yuusha series"; in this case, GaoGaiGar).
And McCrane looks so frigging good to have been a first attempt.
If you think his head is hard to draw, you should try Deckerd, Drill Boy or Power Joe. <.<;

I was going to name the picture "greed" but it didn't fit because that is not how Seia and McCrane's relationship is. LOL, and yeah... Desire is a better word because McCrane's desire was her... so... that Inti episode was amazing McCrane/Seia stuff!

Actually, I have already drawn those characters... Drill Boy was by far the hardest of the three... I am actually okay with Deckerd's head. Power Joe is a bit odd, cuz the one time I drew his head it was sort of a off to the side and behind shot... so I guess that don't count, he was hard enough from that angle! The easiest one's I have drawn was Duke and Shadowmaru...

Yep, that's one of my top favourite episodes. Seia + McCrane = (as well as Dumpson + Ayako and, in a way, Drill Boy + Fay)

IMO, Power Joe has the hardest helm to draw ever, with all those "shovel teeth"-thingies. >.<

Yeah, as soon as I heard the way Seia said McCrane's name, I was like "Oh, it is SO on!!!" and I was right! LOL! They are so cute together!
