Im no pro, but i think the character does have a focus point. the robots walking up the street grab his attention... Thats just my opinion... Great work non the less!

Here is the constructive critique you wanted:
I like the over all texture and monochromatic golden sepia tone. The extreme angle of the shot and the effects are quite dramatic however the focus of the character is apparently on nothing, he is just staring down an empty street. If there had been maybe another figure staring back at him, thugs attacking a woman, or even an explosion it would have made the piece much strong. It really needs that elements in to complete the composition.
