I originally tried to draw out this concept for the Heroes Con quick draw but totally fucked it up. So here I am drawing it in my sketchy book.

The text in the blood reads "Riddle Me This", I was originally going to show this from a straight on view so you could see all the words but I decided to go from an angle. Some of the words get cut off this way but the angle is more interesting and as long as the question mark is in view, I thought the concept would be easy enough to figure out that things are just turned.

However, I keep getting asked why it only says 'riddl this' so apparently I have over estimated peoples ability to understand the matters how moving in a three dimensional space works.

Originally, all that black in the blood was just a darker red but my scanner ate it. Kinda like how it looks this way though.

Dark and gritty, classic, reformed..I love the Riddler regardless. I just wanted to draw a more brutal version of him
