Did you see that movie, mystery of Batwoman, one of the lesser great movie's of the BAS franchise. (its still a good film) Well this is one of those costumes in it, i really liked the design so i placed it on one of my standerd characters and wayhay!
This has been in my folder forever, what really takes me ages is the backgrounds, i get to a point where i just fart out something.
