Cool! I like how she has such a small amount of feathers on her. Sort of like, a minimalist harpy, heh.
The thumb toe on the foot that's closest to us throws me off since it doesn't curve like the others. But I really like the way you drew her hair, and how there's feathers that sort of... I guess, for lack of better terms, interrupts? Comes between? The two parts of it. Very clever. :>
