I loved Spidey's introduction in Captain America: Civil War, but maybe ten minutes into Spider-Man: Homecoming there is a montage where Peter Parker is doing his Spidey stuff around NY after school with Blitzkrieg Bop playing in the background, and it was at that moment, I finally felt like Spider-Man is truly home.Done in copic markers.

Nice work However from what I've seen in this movie, this new Homecoming one is a PATHETIC DOUCHE AMATEUR! Also a lot of the USUAL Spider-Man characters are not even IN this one including the OLDER AUNT MAY! Tobey Maguire's version was everything Spider-Man is SUPPOSED to be!

And so is Holland! Look, man, I understand you. You loved Sam Raimi's Spider-Man, I loved them, we all loved them. They're better than Homecoming for sure, but Holland did a great job in giving a faithful portrayal of Spider-Man, and like you said before, Tobey Maguire only lacked the usual quiping of Spider-Man, which Holland captures perfectly! Both actors are fantastic in the role, but even if you dudn't like Holland, you have to give him some credit. My only issue I have with Holland is that is a bit of a fanboy and not always a responsible hero. At least Holland is better than Andrew Garfield!

Okay so maybe Holland IS somewhat alright but still he really wasn't ALL THAT like the last versions back then & it really didn't seem the same without the usual characters like MJ WATSON, GWEN STACY, HARRY OSBORN, J JONAH JAMESON & THE OLDER AUNT MAY

Yeah. You are right. It doesn't feel the same anymore. I was never a fan of a young Aunt May, as she was obviously there to do "Aunt Hottie" jokes. Even when I watched Homecoming I asked "Where's Harry?" or "Where's the real MJ?" or "Why Aunt May is young?". They should have kept the same usual characters, just like you said. If I created Spider-Man in the MCU, I would do the same thing.

Yeah. At least I would have given the fans what they want and being homage to their source material and at least I would have given the films a balance between humor and drama and show that these film aren't afruad to embrace drama. My biggest issue with the MCU is that it's afraid to take itself seriously.

Well, I would done the same thing. I would have brought MJ Watson, Harry Osborn and the REAl Flash Thompson to the MCU. And as for Aunt May, I would cast Mary McDonnell or Annette O'Toole. I think they both fit the role.

Ya know for MJ Watson her hair would be RED as it should be cause in Spider-Man 2 & 3 her hair was ORANGE & that didn't look right! Also I checked both those ladies out and I think ANNETTE looks like a better Aunt May!

Yeah. I mean, in Spider-Man 1, MJ's hair was red, just like the comics, but in the sequels, her hair was noticibly different. It didn't look right, just like you said. Too bad we won't see MJ in the MCU anytime soon and instead we got Zendaya's "MJ". Plus, I'm glad that you agree about Annette being Aunt May. I always saw her as Aunt May. At least she's isn't that young and is a better actress than Marisa!
