Description
Going to be opening up some commission slots for drawings like this- this one being a bust shot, but there will be a more extensive full body option as well, and a choice of either one or two characters (this example is technically three characters but commissions will be limited to two just fyi). So keep your eyes open for that. ;3
In the meantime, here's more Alex. At some point, Walter takes her to a breeder to pick out a puppy, worried for her safety when he's not allowed to protect her. But Alex is... well she is a dumb furry so she ends up with two Central Asian Shepherds. Walter cannot say no to her and she otherwise never asks him for anything, so the more the merrier. The black and tan girl with the silver collar is Magnum aka Maggie, while the brown and white piebald male is her brother Derringer. Derringer is the sweet one, he is friendly and outgoing, exciteable and playful, like a puppy even though he grows into an almost 200 lbs dog. Maggie is your typical older sister in that she keeps an eye on Derringer and likes to tell him what to do. She is more mellow than him, almost lazy. She likes to do things on her own schedule and doesn't care much about the rest of the world and their agenda. She doesn't really listen to anyone other than Alex and Walter, with Alex being the indulgeant parent who gives the dogs literally everything and anything, while Walter is more of the disciplinarian. But they are good dogs despite this.
Walter pays to have them trained as service dogs. Maggie is a natural when it comes to anxiety and sensing seizures, while Derringer is more all purpose. He gets stuff for her (mainly he reminds her and Walter to get her pills), opens doors, fetches things, and is back up seizure dog. In particular, he is good at waking her up or shielding her head from hitting shit. Maggie is then free to fetch Walter or a phone or something to help. Also the dogs are huge so Alex uses them to stand up if she falls or something, and they definitely fulfill Walter's desire for guard dogs, because if you have the balls to push a 200 lbs dog away to rob someone then you'll need to be ready to lose them because Maggie does not play around with that shit. She is very pretective of Alex and is constantly crowding or cuddling with her while Derringer is more independent, more of an explorer.
They are based on a real life kennel here in Middletown because I love Central Asian Shepherds and randomly found out that there is a kennel that breeds them just across town. So that's incredible.
They both keep their ears and tails thanks. I like the cropped look, I do have to admit it. But I cannot imagine Alex wanting to mutilate her dogs. So they remain natural.

This one I imagine people are going to want to steal so... don't. Thanks.
