It is inexplicable how much I love this character, I saw this picture and instantly fell in love with the concept of your art style and her, if I had money I would pay you, if I met you I would shake your hand, this is amazing genuine talent, which can make eyes thrive for more, and give pleasure for the heart, I wish this was a sweatshirt hoodie pullover because I would sport this with honor and feel so moved to live and speak with gusto, if this were to ever be on piece of clothing, I would kindly love to know, moreover my hat is off to you

First and foremost, the colors are very nice. It looks like you really planned out a color palette before you drew the final product. Even more amazing is that you didn't have too many colors. This is a problem I see on other art pieces. However you have done a very good job with your colors.
I have never seen a piece quite like this. Its very interesting to see a panda furry every once in a while. All-in-all very nice work in drawing a piece that will stand out among the others!
As for the overall style, I love the faint static over all of it. It gives it a very nice feel. Also the texture on the jacket hood is a very nice touch.
Over all I'd rate this 8 out of 10. C=
