The city I live in has been investing in an infrastructure project known as "The Beltline" around the downtown area that creates new light rails, bike paths, and walking paths around a 22 mile loop. Part of the vision is to have the community involved with various art projects and installations around these paths and trails. Since the city is breaking ground on these projects at a snail's pace, a local arts center banded together to create over 200 of these primed plywood boards for volunteers to have full artistic freedom over. The next night, we split into teams and went around the proposed Beltline path nailing up our own works to various wooden poles.
