Though this dude isn't the last character he's the last character profile I'm gunna do. (unless I feel like doing more randomly X3)

Unlike the rest of the Black Prior members who are basically good people who got their names stolen, number one is out to create chaos and destruction just because he wants to screw people over like that, (hes' a little bitter and crap) and he's unique in the fact that he's the only one in the organization who actually knows his name. Even though he's really high up there in rank and strength one still isn't the boss. There's one guy above him (number 0 of course) but no one has ever really seen him or even know what he does. The closest any of the numbers have ever gotten to him is just seeing his back. Number one takes direct orders from #0 and "knows" him best but he still has never really seen his face.
