This is a website about someone with a collection of movie and TV Show props and this person has the replica of Wendy's wand and it's probably the same one Hilary Duff used when she played Wendy in the movie.

Technically, they are human. I mean, Casper's a ghost (although it fluctuates between whether he's the spirit of a dead child or if ghosts are separate entities from mortal humans in Harvey's world) and Wendy's a witch (like with Casper and his ectoplasmic kin, it fluctuates as to whether witches like Wendy and her haggish aunties are "fleshies with powers" as Stretch so eloquently put it or if they're completely separate from "muggles" - to use a Harry Potter term for humans without magical gifts - entirely).
